This rare tea can only be produced in summer on the Eastern Coast. This is when a particular grasshopper eats the leaves, making the tea create a honey-like taste. With a light roasting, this tea offers exceptional floral and malty notes with hints of honeyed sweetness.

Hot water(600cc) : 90-100 C steep for 10 minutes.
