Ruby Red Jade has been grown for generations only around the Sun Moon Lake region. Its appearance is dark red with a golden sheen. It has a distinctive light floral taste with hints of cinnamon. This then gives way to a minty finish. Cherished by locals, it has only recently started to gain a reputation in the global scene.
